Who We Are
Community Empowerment & Equity Development Organization (CEEDO) is a national-level, not-for-profit development organization registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) on 5th September 2025.
Since its inception in June 2020, CEEDO has been at the forefront of poverty reduction, community empowerment, and sustainable development in Pakistan. Over the years, we have evolved into a national resource center delivering cost-effective, results-oriented, and replicable development models that directly benefit marginalized communities at minimal per capita cost.
Our Vision
To break the cycle of poverty in Pakistan by working collaboratively with communities and stakeholders through impactful, inclusive, and sustainable development initiatives, ensuring equal opportunity and dignity for all—without discrimination of gender, caste, color, or religion.
Our Mission
CEEDO is committed to uplifting underprivileged and marginalized communities through programs that promote education, health, gender equality, economic empowerment, and human rights.

It is with deep humility and great determination that I step into the role of Chief Executive at Community Empowerment & Equity Development Organization (CEEDO), an organization born out of the shared dream of building a just, inclusive, and empowered society for all.
CEEDO stands at the beginning of a transformative journey, one driven by a strong commitment to empower the underprivileged and marginalized communities of Pakistan through meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable development. In a time where global challenges such as poverty, inequality, and climate change continue to evolve, our response must be rooted in compassion, innovation, and integrity.
We believe that true development begins at the grassroots level. That is why we focus on education, healthcare, livelihood generation, gender equality, human rights, youth empowerment, environmental sustainability, and community infrastructure. These are not just our programmatic areas; they are the building blocks of human dignity and opportunity.
