Refund Policy
Donations: Generally, donations are non-refundable. However, if an error was made (e.g., a duplicate transaction or incorrect amount), please contact us at info@ceedo.org within 7 days. We will review the claim and process a refund if the error is verified.
Shipping & Service Delivery
Digital Receipts: Upon a successful online donation, receipt will be sent to your email address within 2–3 days
Physical Goods: For merchandise or physical donation certificates, please allow 5–7 working days for delivery within Pakistan via local courier services.
Project Delivery: “Service delivery” refers to the execution of our social programs. While we strive for the timelines stated in project proposals, these are subject to field conditions and local regulations
